At PixelPanda Digital Marketing Agency, our goal is to ensure complete client satisfaction with the digital services we offer. However, we understand that changes may arise, and we aim to provide a transparent process for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation:
   • Clients may cancel ongoing digital services by submitting a written request to support@pixelpanda.online.
   • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the service end date to avoid any charges for work already completed.
2. Cancellation Fees:
   • If a service has already commenced, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation date.
   • One-time services that are completed or in progress cannot be canceled after initiation.

3. Eligibility for Refund:
   • Refunds may be considered if the digital service was not delivered as agreed or if there is a failure to meet the outlined expectations.
   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the service delivery or project completion.
4. Non-Refundable Services:
   • Digital services such as website creation, content delivery, and digital campaigns are non-refundable once they are delivered or in execution.
   • Services with pre-defined timelines, like SEO reports or digital audits, are also non-refundable once initiated.
5. Processing Refunds:
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Dispute Resolution:
   • If there is any dispute regarding service or refund, we will first seek a resolution through negotiation. If necessary, arbitration will be conducted in Uttar Pradesh, where PixelPanda operates.
